President’s Message

On behalf of the members of the Atlanta Chapter of Continental Societies, Incorporated, I welcome you to our web site.  We Are Family: Embracing Our Pledge To Serve Our Children. This web site aims to show you some of the many ways we provide service.

The Atlanta chapter was installed in the Societies in 1973 and for the last thirty-six years we have made a difference in the lives of thousands of children in the metropolitan Atlanta area.  We have sponsored health fairs, asthma awareness projects, annual coat drives, literacy campaigns, book drives, job fairs, employment readiness workshops, chess tournaments, Easter egg hunts, art festivals, and holiday craft fairs. In addition, we have given donations to the children’s ministry of several local churches.

Each year the Atlanta chapter awards scholarships to deserving high school students.  Since 2000 alone, we have awarded over $38,000.00 to students in the Metro Atlanta Area.

The Atlanta Chapter of Continental Societies, Inc. is one of forty-three chapters throughout the United States, the District of Columbia and Bermuda. All chapters work toward the same common goal, “to serve children with special needs.”  Each chapter develops specific public service programs and projects according to the needs of its community.  Funds necessary to implement these programs are raised by member and supporter donations, sponsorships and fundraisers.

Please consider supporting our efforts to support children and youth by mailing your tax deductible donation to:
